Kirstin Buckner is a visionary leader and advocate for positive change. As the Founder and Executive Director of Uni5d Outcomes, she champions program development, trauma-informed training, and community consultation to enhance resilience and well-being. Formerly the Director of Mentorship and Community Partnerships for After-School All-Stars Ohio, Kirstin is dedicated to empowering youth and fostering social impact.

She leads the Uni5d Mentorship Initiative, pairing trained mentors from public safety and leadership backgrounds with at-risk youth, integrating trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. She also spearheads statewide efforts to address Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) for BIPOC youth and families through partnerships with law enforcement and community leaders.

Kirstin serves as Co-Chair of Community Initiatives with Columbus Young Professionals and advocates for systemic change on Capitol Hill during National Mentoring Month. With over a decade of experience, she has contributed to urban communities through prevention education, substance use reduction, and community partnerships.

A 2024 Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 honoree, Kirstin has received accolades such as the Columbus Urban League Mover and Shaker Award and the Columbus Division of Fire Citizens Distinguished Service Award. Her innovative approach and unwavering dedication make her a trusted advocate for meaningful, lasting impact.
